My screen is shattered and i have to send it back to the insurance people but i want to delete all of my personal stuff first.

My phone screen is shattered I received a new one from the insurance when i connect it to my computer it ask if i want to allow access i click yes then it prompts me to respond on my phone but i cannot because the screen is completely messed up and i want to delete all of my personal stuff off of it before i send it off any help would be appreciated I'm not opposed to destroying the insides but not sure if i can do that
