Q: how can i remove photos which not reference in album with 'Photos App', my disk space is out of space.
i has move all photos from 'iPhoto App'
and save photos (i went to keep them) in album/group/folder with 'Photos App'
photos i don't went them is not in any album/group/folder (but you can see them in 'All photos' )
but the disk space still almost full.
how can i delete photos not in albums/groups/folder with 'Photos App'

i can't select and delete for each one, it will cost all my time.

Your post is not clear
1 - there are no photos in any app - photos are in the respective library and you can not 'move" them around - and you can not "move" photos form iPhoto to Photos - you can import photos
2 - in Photos you can make a smart album with the criteria "album is not any" to find photos not in an album and select all and then hold down the option and command keys and press the delete key to delete them
I am not sure what you are talking about groups
and folders do not hold photos - they hold albums or other folders
I am concerned that you are taking actions without understanding what you are doing and may make (or have made) a mess of things
Because iPhoto and Photos use hard links to share access to the original photos (see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204476 ) deleting the iPhoto library saves very little space
