i am new to a mini I pad when setting it up I created a new Apple ID without knowing what I did now I have a mess and have music in 2 spots other downloaded information in 2 spots very confusing I was constantly having to reset my password etc. Now I think I have two ID how horrible

You cannot combine Apple IDs nor transfer items downloaded with one AppleID to another
AppleID.
Possible solutions:
1] Continue with multiple AppleIDs, but you will have the same problems as now.
2] Decide on one AppleID, delete items downloaded with the other ID and redownload
with your chosen ID. Any paid for items will have to be repurchased.
3] Some in your situation have reported limited success using family sharing. You can
learn more at: https://www.apple.com/icloud/family-sharing/
Do you have any content associated with the new ID? Did you download any paid apps or music/movies with your new ID? If not, then you can simply wipe your device, set it up as new with your old ID and start over.
