HELP! HELP!! HELP!!! One hour ago, my iPhone 5 is no longer under my control. When i touch on an app, a frame pop up and a male voice is telling me, what I touched. Try to contact support, even the chat, but i can't get to my serial number. Restarted already, but it took long until i managed to unlock my phone.....
