Amazing Trackpad Issue!

I need some help with the issue I face.

The Trackpad moves crazily even without touching it every few minutes (back and forth). It seem to randomly move and clicks anything on its way like it has been possessed. It sometimes seems to right click, when I click once. Scrolling works strangely when this problem occurs.

I have tried the two kinds of reset which are available : SMC and PRAM.

The best part is that it gets temporarily resolved when I close the laptop screen and open it again. i.e Close the laptop Screen, Login screen, Login and it works for the next 5-10 minutes until the problem starts again.

Someone please help me with this issue!
