My name is Jorge S. several original IPhone user. I want to activate my old 3GS IMEI ***** for use by my daughter. Today I live in Uruguay for that reason I request to change the company AT & T to the Uruguayan state company ANTEL.
I hope it is possible to reuse my old phone.

You're welcome. AT&T should handle it for you fine as you were a past customer. It can take a few days before the unlock is ready, and then you'll need to restore the iPhone as new in iTunes. If it works, you will get a confirmation message screen in iTunes after the restore completes.
