You should not post your serial and IMEI numbers and I've asked the Hosts to remove them (again) - please stop doing this.

If you bought a second-hand (used phone) and it's Activation Locked - asking for an Apple ID which is not yours, then only the previous owner can unlock it. You can't, and Apple can't. If you can't contact the previous owner the phone is permanently useless.
