To make sure that we are on the same page, you have accidentally enabled VoiceOver and would like to turn it off. You can do that by triple clicking the Home button to enable and disable VoiceOver. To enter in your passcode on your iPhone, you will want to tap the number first to have it highlighted and then double tap to have that number entered in. Do that again for each number, tap the number and then double tap again until you entered in your passcode. Then navigate to Settings > General > Accessibility to toggle that option off.
