Q: my iphone is having problem

If I don't update the software,,my iPhone network will go AuR will work properlyy,,,and my second problem is ,,,my phone have come on searching mode,,and not starting upup,,when I connect it to WiFi after some yme it show me try connecting after some time air connect to itune ,,but when I connect to itune it say "WE ARE SORRY ,WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR ACTIVATION AT THIS TIME "I HAVE TRIED many time it shows same thing,,IMAG0528.jpg

    Sir I have buy a iPhone 5 and it is refurbished,two day it work excellent and suddenly the problem raised it network are conning and going and suddenly it come to the searching mode,then it says my iTunes  password is incorrect...Then I have done "ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTING" ..After that my iPhone start and but my network is on searching mode only,and option are comming select language,country then it says chose aa WiFi network when I chose it connect and after sometime it say unable connect try after sometime or try connecting to iTunes ,,bt when I connect to itunes it says "We’re sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time. Please try again later, or contact customer care” and SIM is not working I hv taken out SIM but it still say searching and it stuck on searching and not forwarding,,what's the problem plzz help me,,I m in  very much problem plz help me plzz.....:(

    Sir I have done restore and update after the update is complited and my phone start restoring but when it is at the end,it suddenly show error in numericall why it is soo,,unable to restore my device it shoe number error in message and not restoring ,,why??

    From what retailer in what country did you buy this iPhone? Who refurbished it?

     

    Error 3014 is covered here:

    Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build" - Apple Support

     

    Error 1 generally is hardware failure. Make a Genius Bar appointment at Apple to have

    your iPhone evaluated. Or take the iPhone to whoever provides Apple authorized iPhone

    support for your location if no Apple store.

    Where are you located? Where did you purchase this iPhone? Who did the refurbishing? This does not look like a device that was refurbished by Apple. The errors that you are receiving mimic a jailbroken device, and/or one with a hardware error. I suggest you return the device to wherever you purchased it and get your money back. I don't believe you will ever be able to activate it.

    It means no solution is there ,,if I jailbreak it againn then it will workk,,and yes I think it having hardware problem bcoz something is making sound in iphonee

    So now you are saying that you had jailbroken the phone? That answers a lot of questions. That explains the 3014 error, and the -1 error is a hardware error. You purchased a piece of junk that sounds like it was refurbished in somebody's garage. You get what you pay for.

    U said that it manic jailbroken that's why I said if I again jaillbroken it.....and last thingwhen I have buy from a person it is working that time correctly ok....if u don't have the solution it is ok,,,

    Given the errors that you have experienced, there is no solution. If it was working when you got it, then you did something to it that is causing those errors. You have either attempted to install a non-standard iOS, or attempted to jailbreak the device, or your computer was used to jailbreak a device in the past. Either way, the -1 error is a hardware error. No recovery from that one.
