Q: my iphone is having problem

If I don't update the software,,my iPhone network will go AuR will work properlyy,,,and my second problem is ,,,my phone have come on searching mode,,and not starting upup,,when I connect it to WiFi after some yme it show me try connecting after some time air connect to itune ,,but when I connect to itune it say "WE ARE SORRY ,WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR ACTIVATION AT THIS TIME "I HAVE TRIED many time it shows same thing,,

As u saying it is refurbished it's mean,this iPhone is stolen one or whatt,,,can u give detail of my device ,,,

I am a user just like you. I have no information about your device. This is a user to user support forum. You have been provided with as much information as you can be given to try and correct your error. I would demand a refund. You have been duped.
