I have looked on multiple tech webpages and can't seem to fix the problem.
Everything is up to date.
I have 10,176 photos and 156 videos that I need to sync to my computer because my ipod is filling up!

If the photos/videos were synced to the iPod then you need a third-party apps to copy them back to a computer
