Q: In iPhoto I was able to easily delete the photos in my camera. Now I must delete them one at a time on my camera. Is there an easier way?

God - I have to enter this twice??? Apple is always making things more difficult - f'instance - In iPhoto I was able to delete the photos that were in my camera using iPhoto. In Photos I do not have that ability. I must delete them one at a time in my camera. Why?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), OS X Mountain Lion

not sure what you are seeing but the simple answer is that after importing to Photos and being sure that the import is good and at least once successful backup cycle has occurred us the camera's format command to erase and reformat the memory cars - the is th best practice as it keeps your memory card format fresh
