iBooks download fails repeatedly

I bought a Lonely Planet Guide on iBook Store.

The Guide downloaded successfully on my iPhone.

The download fails when I try to have the Guide onto my Mac.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
