You cannot order from Apple - they do not ship overseas. If you really want to buy from the USA you will have to find an independent retailer who is willing to ship to you (or get a private individual to buy it from Apple and ship it to you). You will have to pay import duty on it. If it goes wrong while under warranty you will have to return it to the USA for servicing.

The MacBook warranty is international. You can buy it in country A and have it serviced in country B.
