OK - I was a bad boy and went to a Web site I should not have gone to on my iPad. I had always thought that Apple products could not be infected by viruses. I see I may be wrong:

"ATTENTION! Your mobile device has been blocked up for safety reasons. AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING IN PROGRESS. Amount of fine is 250$. You can settle the fine with PayPal My Cash Cards. TYPE YOUR CODE (250$ PayPal My Cash Card) AND PRESS 'OK'"

If I click Cancel, I get a long list of places where I can use PayPal. If I click OK on that, it just keeps repeating the same screen. Rebooting does not cure the problem.

Obviously, until I get this one ironed out, I am unable to access the Internet on my iPad.

How do we get rid of this Bad Boy?

It is NOT a virus. It's just an message to scare you. There is no reason to worry about anything.

Changing passwords regularly is a good practice.
