I am trying to download the new upgrade and have hardly anything on my phone and it is saying i need 3.9 GB my phone is 16 GB and has nothing on it how is this possible how can i download it ??

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

Hello,

There was many posts about this problem when iOS 8 came out and it seems best solution is to connect your iPhone to your computer and update it via iTunes 😉

Connect phone to computer

Launch iTunes

Click Update button.
