Q: I cannot restore my mini ipad to the factory settings. I get an error message and there is nothing indicating what the error is. This all started with the 8.3 upgrade.

I have done everything to try and restore my mini ipad to factory settings. I also tried recovery mode. I continually get an error that it cannot restore. This all started with the latest upgrade!!

That is the problem..I click on the error message and nothing appears.

Try restarting your computer & your iPad.
Restart your iPad by holding down the home & sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears then let the iPad boot up normally
Disable any anti-virus & make sure iTunes is up to date then try to follow the steps in the support article.
