Q: How Can I Get Rid of These 2 Files?

I deleted some files from my computer a few operating systems ago, but they are still in the trash, and I can't delete them. I haven't been able to figure out what they are. What to do?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), I5 12 GB RAM
