May 12, 2015 4:38 PM in response to Linc Davisby mckennatech,I am well aware that obviously some apps affect performance. However I do the same things every day on my computer at work and nothing has changed. Except suddenly my battery is terrible. Doesn't make sense.

May 12, 2015 4:48 PM in response to mckennatechby A. Nony Mouse,Hold down the option key while clicking on the battery icon on the top right corner. This will tell you the condition of the battery. It'll probably say "Normal" or "Replace Soon."
If it says "Normal", run Apple Diagnostics on your battery. If it says "Replace Soon", replace it at your earliest convenience.
Either way, you'll have to take it to Genius at some point.
