battery drain and overheating with 10.3.3

YES! And a host of other problems all since upgrading to 10.3.3 last night. Sluggish interface, apps close after seconds and I lost 30% of battery in an hour this morning. Phone was really hot. In settings under "Background App Refresh" I noticed that every single app was tuned on. I went in and turned off most - leaving 13 turned on. This seems to have helped a great deal with the heat and battery drain. But still dumping me out of apps. On my way to the Apple Store later this morning to see if they can help. Also would like to know how to reinstall last version of ios until they figure this out.

Yes, I have a late 2013 Macbook Retina. I've noticed a huge decrease. I've went from getting roughly 9 hours on a full charge to about 2 hours. It's absolutely terrible, and I'm not sure how it's even possible. I'm very frustrated with it right now!
