Q: iCloud keeps asking for my password.

So this problem started about a month ago. iCloud asked for my password after i put in my password it said that my account was blocked for security reassons and that i have to get a new password from http://iforgot.apple.com   i put my email in and then it said that it sended me an email but i checked my whole mail. i checked through trash/spam/inbox etc and i also searched for mails by apple but i couldnt find it. then i tried to ask for my password again but it doesnt go to my mail. i am sure that its the right email.

i use ios 8.1.2 on my phone/ my brother uses the same apple id as me and he uses ios7. we both get the icloud asking for my password constantly and we cant use our phones as wed like to. my ipad also uses my apple id but iCloud does not ask for the passwo

if theres anything i can do please tell me, all help is greatly appreciated:c  thank you in advance
