Previously when observing a client computer, I could click with my mouse and their screen would be greyed out except for a small circular spotlight, which I could use to highlight areas on the client computer and help a student complete a task without having to do it for them.
Since updating to 8.3.2, this feature no longer works. Has this feature been deleted, or is there something I can do to re-enable it?
