May 14, 2015 11:35 AM in response to etaifby sterling r,Hi there etaif,
From your post it sounds like you cannot log into your phone with a passcode due to VoiceOver being enabled. You should be able to double tap each number in your passcode to enter them on the Lock Screen. You can also disable that accessibility feature through iTunes:
Use Accessibility features in iOS
Managing Accessibility features using iTunes
- Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to any computer with iTunes installed.
- In iTunes, select your device.
- From the Summary pane, click > Configure Universal Access in the Options section at the bottom.
- Select the feature you would like to use and click OK.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
All the best,
Sterling

May 14, 2015 2:26 PM in response to etaifby Lawrence Finch,As Meg said, "if you have Siri set to work with the screen locked." If you have not there are other ways. First, double-tap anywhere you would single tap. Or to turn off the feature press the HOME button 3 times quickly.
