Create iTunes Radio Station

Running OS X 10.10.3 here and the latest iTunes 12.1.2.27 and I have a problem with creating new stations from artists and songs. Whenever I choose New Station from Artist or Song I get Unable to Create Station - cannot create from artist or song. It works just fine from my iPhone 6 on iOS 8. Additionally, when I create a new station and search by artist I only get a list of songs and no artist.

Before it worked just fine (prior iTunes) but not now. Any info???
