Leaving Group Chat Issue

Leaving Group Chat enabling should not be restricted only to iMessage and iOS 8.0 (or higher). What is the chance for a person with iOS 8.0, wants to leave an annoying big group chat that he/she was a victim? The feature should be implemented that without any dependencies on other iOS versions, Android, Windows, iMessage or Text, etc. Otherwise, the feature is just useless.

It has not been updated since iChat became Messages (It was never that up to date before that either).

Put all the version numbers of the app and the OS in the free text area.

An iPhone feedback is more general http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html as it covers hardware and software issues.
