May 12, 2015 4:15 PM in response to Lobl12by HyperNova Software,★HelpfulIf your juridsdiction allows minors to create a company and register it with the local government, then by all means go ahead.
But your initial post indicated you were only doing it to get your parent's name off the app store.
But be aware that you must be of legal age to enter into a paid developer contract with Apple.
Your parents could create a company and create a paid developer account.
They can make you a team member.
But they will be responsible for anything you do with that account.

Bit vague really.
Legal Definition of Age of Majority
I did discover that in Iran and SA the legal age of majority for a female is 8, males have to wait until 14. I found that a bit disturbing.

Hello Rysz,
Developer accounts are special because they can be used for payments from Apple. It requires both a credit card for various payments (for Developer program memberships or WWDC lottery tickets) and direct access to a bank account.
To make matters worse, because of the huge amount of money flowing through the develop program, fraud is rampant. Apple has made things more and more difficult over the years in an attempt to keep things under control. Back when I was in the US, I signed up for a business developer account with little trouble. I am going to do the same thing from Canada one of these days, but I am still waiting for all of the pieces I need. I incorporated my company on March 9th and I'm still not to the point where I can even submit my application for a business account yet. This is most definitely something that an adult needs to handle.
