The slide bars at the top and bottom both disappeared also when I'm texting the bar that usually guesses what I'm saying is gone and I don't know how help me get them back

the bar at the top slides down tells you the weather etc. the bar at the bottom slides up and you can change your screen brightness or volume or turn your wifi on or airplane mode on or turn your flashlight on
Is there a screen protector or case that is preventing you from pulling up and down the Control and Notification s Centers?
Is the screen clean?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Reset all settings
