After closing the cover and letting the iPad go onto standby, when I wake the device, all the screens appear, I can see the app, but they do not open, refresh, or fetch data. I must turn the device completely off using the power button. After waiting about 12 seconds, I press the power button to start, and everything comes up just fine. This is a new problem. Please help
