Q: I am trying to create apple id with out credit card but i cannot do it. What will I do now/.

I am using Apple I phone 5. I was in Dubai and I changed Id and password. I cant down load any application with out payment details. I have created new id and password but there is no option none payment. How can I create new ID with out credit card. I am not using any credit card.
