Trying to update payment method for iCloud but wants 'town' when nowhere available to input this

I'm getting the same error on my iPhone and iPad and I also can't update my card using OS X Yosemite.

It's time to abandon the sinking ship. Apple screws up things a lot. It's turning into Microsoft 😟

I managed to update my my credit card in iTunes using a desktop computer:

Store -> Sign In... -> Store -> View Account (Your account name) -> Payment Information: ********* -> Edit

Don't forget to Sign Out if you are using somebody else's computer.

Hopefully Apple will fix this in the next update.

UUnfriendly, but right on the dot, wasn't Apple. Fortunately on the desktop you can type correctly. Yey.

I Just had the same problem with 'Enter your Town', Where ?

anyway. I fixed it by going into iTunes Store on phone, scroll down to end of store and click the Apple ID

in there update the payment section with the cc security code and hit save. Payments updated immediately.
