Q: Can't transfer information from old iPad with 8.3 to new iPad Air with 8.0

I Have a iPad 2 with 8.3 iOS. Received an ipad air. Wanted to transfer information using iCloud. My latest backup is not recognized on the Air. How do I transfer information?

You need to update your iPad Air to iOS 8.3, then you will be able to restore from backup.
