Security questions password

HI there

hope somebody will be able to help me...

Im facing a n issue with the security questions password requested after going to app update... I m adding all questions and answers and finishing by adding the rescue email... And when i want to finish by pressing on DONE nothing is happening...

Any advice will be welcome
