I have a problem with iTunes 12.

Hi! I have a problem with iTunes 12. During loading programs or games on iPhone or iPad iTunes starts to hang, about 5-10 minutes. After this stop itunes to upload programs and games. Hallway close iTunes and start anew. What could be the problem? Previously, this was not, it started after switching to Yosemite.

I tried to reinstall Yosemite on a clean hard drive. Anyway, the problem persists.

MacBook Pro 13 inch, i5/1Tb HDD/8Gb RAM/Yosemite 10.10/iTunes 12.1.2.

Please help advice! Thanks!

Try these steps:

Open the Go menu with the Option (Alt) key pressed - Library - Preferences.

Locate the 'com.apple.iTunes.plist' and move it to the desktop. Restart your Mac. Run Disk Utility and verify/repair disk permissions. Restart your Mac again and try loading programs again.

To do so as you said. But nothing worked, everything remains as it was.

In iTunes downloaded more than 1,500 applications, 400 films. It can interfere with both the iTunes?

What to do?
