May 14, 2015 9:30 AM in response to Clemreneby tbirdvet,If you mean cannot scan directly from printer then go to the HP folder in your apps and open scan to computer and be sure it is enabled. Also be sure you have download the compatible HP software supporting Yosemite from the HP Web site.

May 15, 2015 8:12 AM in response to Eric Rootby ShlomiL,If your device connected wirelessly, I suggest rebooting your router by unplugging its power for a moment.
Allow it 2-3 minutes to start and then reboot the printer and check for any difference.
If the same persists with no difference try HP Easy Scan and check if that may make any difference:
