You can check on that site if your phone is activation locked and if it is you would need that apple id that you see and the password to activate.

ITS JUST SAYING THAT THIS DEVICE NEEDS ID AND PASSWRD TO ACTIVATE THE MOB...
I THINK I DELETED THE ID I USED TO CREATE THE APPLE ID... I REMEMBER THE ID BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO RECOVER THE PASSWRD BECAUSE I DELETED THE GMAIL ACCOUNT!

CAN ANYONE HELP?

If Apple is able to verify you as account owner, they may be able to redirect password recovery to another email. Give them a call.
