Tango banned my iphone

Hello,

Tango app, banned my phone(not my account). When i try to sign up with new number and mail ,it fails.I contact with tango support. They told me they blocked my phone and if i sell or give my phone to somebody ,they ll not able able to use tango app on my phone. Is this legal to ban a device like this? They can block account but blocking a device???? to able to do this i think they need imei number

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2

I know nothing of the app or the services that it provides, however I suggest you start by reviewing their terms of use: http://www.tango.me/terms-of-use. I suspect the are fully entitled to take any measures they consider necessary to prevent what they might see as an abuse of their service, including rejecting multiple accounts from the same device. Whatever the reasons behind their decision I suspect this is the wrong forum to ask. A Tango user group might be more appropriate.
