May 14, 2015 3:20 PM in response to Loner Tby Marc Sievers1,Problem solved! Windows installation DVD must be burned with Disk Utility. Using other methods of burning files to a DVD will not produce the desired result. Why this isn't explicitly covered in the instructions is anyone's guess. However, it worked for me. Thanks Loner T for helping to diagnose the problem.

May 14, 2015 4:23 PM in response to aidanmac3886by Loner T,Did you use a third-party tool to create the USB and install Windows? BCA will only let you use the DVD, because it will use your Model Identifier.
You can try Rufus USB ( https://rufus.akeo.ie/ ) or similar tools to try and build a bootable Windows USB.

May 14, 2015 6:25 PM in response to aidanmac3886by Loner T,Xcode would allow you to edit Info.plist and modify some settings. Disk Utility will create a FAT partition. This modified version of BCA may not work. You may end up with no boot device or black screen.
Does your optical drive work?
