How I can deactivate iCloud Keychain?

When I activated the iCloud Keychain I didn't know my country is not included by SMS, and now always the iPhone show me a message tell me "the iCloud Keychain its not activated". And when I go to iCloud Keychain in settings I can't toggle the Keychain button off. How I can stop it ?!
