Q: Facetime Prob?

Hey Guys and Girls

So this week me and my best friend were testing out our iphones and decided to call each other via Facetime.

When she calls me everything is ok ; it rings and I answer her. However when I call her it doesn't show on her screen not even a sign or a notification. Not sure if I explained myself correctly so sorry :S What could the problem be?

Start with this article and see if it helps troubleshot the problem. If you can't make or receive FaceTime calls - Apple Support

Yeah I followed that article but all is correct in my settings. I can hear the dialing being done and the ringing from my iphoone when I call her but she does not receive the call
