Q: Every time someone talks, my siri or voice control turns on and does things to my phone. As in turning on music, stopping my music and other things. How do I stop this.

It keeps making my music turn on and just keeps popping up while I'm trying to something.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3

    Greetings Lena905,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that Siri seems to be responding without prompting on your iPhone. To help isolate this situation, I would first recommend turning off “Hey Siri” if you have it enabled to test and see if the issue continues. The attached article explains how to turn on this feature; you would disable the feature where the article says to enable it.

    • If you're using iOS 8, you can ask Siri a question starting with "Hey Siri." You'll need to turn on Hey Siri first by going to Settings > General > Siri > Allow "Hey Siri." Also, you'll need to connect your iOS device to power to use Hey Siri. For best performance, keep background noise to a minimum and keep the microphone free from obstructions.

    Cheers,

    Joe
