Files appear on iCloud.com, but not all devices

I created a folder in my 200GB iCloud drive called "Documents". This folder shows up on my MBP, iMac...no problem. Then I go to my iMac and upload a whole bunch of files and...they are not visible from my MBP or iPad. The same goes when I upload files from my MBP to the iCloud drive; other devices cannot see them. All of the files show up just fine in iCloud.Com when I hit it with my browser; just not on all of my computers.

Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), Late 2009 model/3GHz CPU/4G Memory

No good; I'm upgraded and on iCloud drive....

If you don’t see Reset Documents, it isn’t available because you upgraded to iCloud Drive.
