Syncing multiple old and new devices to a single iTunes library

My boss broke is old iPad (4th gen) and has an iPhone 5. He had me order him a new phone (iPhone 6) and a new iPad (Air 2). He wants to me to get the info off his old devices, as well as an even older iPhone (for just the music), and get them synced on his new devices. How can I get the old iPhones synced to the same library/user profile, and then have that info go to his new iPhone and iPad?

Use iTunes.

Transferring information from your current iPhone to a new iPhone:

This article explains how to replace your current iPhone with a newly purchased iPhone using the same carrier. If you follow these steps to back up your previous iPhone first, and then restore the backup to your newly purchased iPhone, your saved SMS messages, email accounts, photos, notes, and other personal settings will be present on your new iPhone.
