Where is the iWeb meta tag template info held?

I'm trying to help my iWeb Published sites run better on latest versions of IE and came across this webpage describing how to make compatibility better:

http://beyondiweb.com/tutorials/compatibility-for-ie11/

It requires replacing the meta line about compatibility with one that includes IE9.

But I'm wondering whether there isn't some form of default file somewhere within the iWeb Application package (or support files) that could be modified to use the replacement text string described on the above webpage.

Does anyone know if there is a simple way to change that within the iWeb application or support files such that every time I publish a site it would automatically include the modified line of code?

iWeb 3.0.4-OTHER, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

It's hard-coded in the application. You can't change it.

Our tool, which is free but now discontinued but still works fine, will do this for you and make your iWeb website more compatible with IE. See this blog post;

WebCrusher is 100% free, but unsupported at this time. You'll see a free serial number visiting the WebCrusher page in the pop up that comes up after the page loads;

Hope this helps.
