I used to be able to connect my Android phone via USB cable to my iMac and load the photos into iPhoto. I checked the USB port and it works with my flashdrives. The cable works on other computers. Why can't I load my photos?

What s changed recently? Update to your Mac? To the Phone?
Many folks use an app called Kies to move the material to the Mac from an Android device.
