Does the community know the exact size/type of pentalobe screw found on the Apple Watch strap adapter? Unfortunately, I stripped one of the screws while changing bands and now I'm in search of replacement screws. Thanks.

You change the bands by pressing on a button on the Watch. No screw driver is required.
As the Watch is not considered by Apple to have any user serviceable parts, getting that information might be a bit difficult. You might try asking on some of the sites that have done tear downs.
Meg St._Clair some places are showing how to fit a "Normal" watch strap by taking a Apple Leather Strap off the connectors by removing the scew's that hold the bar that passes through the strap using a pentalobe screw driver, warning that the screw's will strip easy if tightened to much, as IndycarFan has found out.
Yup, that would fall under the "no user serviceable parts" category.
