can't figure out home sharing

Plug it in and drag music from iTunes to the S6 on the desktop...

I turned home sharing on on both computers and yes with the same account. Nothing for sharing shows up on my iTunes on either computer and I have no idea what to do! I have looked up a lot about this, but nothing is helping.
