PHOTOS FROM IPHONE 3GS

i am trying to see if there is a way to get the photos off of my old iphone3gs and on to my iphone 4s operating on the 8.3 os. i never hooked either one of them up to itunes and now the old iphone (3gs) is sold and no longer accessible.....HELP
