Podcast problems

Hello -

My podcast was rejected by ITunes as it had a technical difficulty. I was directed to the advanced menu where I was to subscribe to my podcast by entering the URL into the dialog box. I can't find this dialog box, and was only able to find the Media File dialog box. I don't think that this is the correct box. I cannot find any other advanced menu either on my podcast app or my player. Where is it?
