ads on Iphone make browsing impossible

Hi, I have an apple iPhone 6 and 5 and an iPad2. In the last two weeks, whenever i use Safari or Chrome on any of the device or open a link through the facebook app, it gets redirected to multiple ad sites. It has got so bad that I am not able to browse at all.

I have adjusted the settings already:

1) blocked cookies

2) blocked popups

3) activated fradulent website warning

4) Deleted history and cookies

5) Chosen limit advertising

I get this issue whether i am on my home network, office network or cellular network.

Any suggestions are welcome!
