need to transfer content of Ipod Nano to a new Nano.

Trying to transfer the entire content of an Ipod Nano (which has been damaged but stills works for now), to a new Nano.

The music on the damaged Nano came from Itunes on two different computers - an old computer which broke, and the new one which replaced it.

Trying to, somehow, copy entire music library from the damaged Nano to the new Nano without deleting or losing any music in the process, if possible.
